The Capital Regional Housing Corporation is hosting an open house on Monday for a new 73-unit affordable apartment building at 3816 Carey Rd. for seniors, adults with disabilities, working singles and families. It would go on Plot 7, while Plot 1 would remain a park. Buildings 2 and 3 are run by Baptist Housing, building 4 is CRHC townhouses and building 5 is Olympic Vista run by Cool Aid Society.
