The Canadian Mental Health Association sponsored a year-long pilot project to deliver outreach services in eight areas of BC. The program's goal was to reduce homelessness by helping homeless individuals access long-term solutions for housing, stable income and other support services. In total, more than 900 clients were served. CitySpaces was engaged to evaluate the program, and to identify "lessons learned", "best practices", and "key barriers". The report concludes with a series of strategic recommendations.
