BC's emergency shelter and outreach service providers are most often the first point of contact for individuals in need of health, housing and support services. This guide introduces the approach of case planning, and outlines how it can be implemented in the context of BC's homelessness services. CitySpaces prepared the guide, and hosted a province-wide consultation with service providers to ensure its usefulness to their clients and communities.
