The City of Victoria and business organizations have long sought to retain a marine industrial presence, and ensure that a working harbour is maintained in the Upper Harbour. Working with Chow Low Hammond Architects, CitySpaces coordinated the development of design guidelines to direct future development and ensure a high quality marine industrial environment. The project included use of 3D computer modelling to inform the development of the guidelines.
