Opened in October 2008, this $28 million, LEED® Gold multi-use facility is an innovative demonstration of the relationship between sport and health. Serving students and staff, performance athletes and coaches, as well as the public, the facility includes a double gymnasium, sport science and sport medicine facilities, and an all-weather playing field. CitySpaces undertook the feasibility study, coordinated all aspects of the project through design and construction, and prepared the initial business plan.
