In 2007, the provincial government committed $45 million over four years to upgrade/convert subsidized housing to supportive housing, primarily for low-income seniors. CitySpaces provided project management services to upgrade two seniors housing projects – Wakefield Manor in Sidney, and General Pearkes in Nanaimo.
