CitySpaces managed the major expansion of Covenant House Vancouver’s youth shelter in Vancouver, BC. This project involves the expansion of two sites into a 5-storey mid-rise and a 10-storey building. The project will provide more space to deliver services to youth experiencing and at-risk of homelessness including recreation, classrooms, art and music therapy, kitchen/dining, administration offices, counselling offices, day program, and a health clinic.
