Covenant House Vancouver's third and final phase of its Expansion Project is wrapping up with youth scheduled to move in shortly! CitySpaces is honoured to have supported Covenant House over several years throughout all phases of the Expansion Project. We're excited to have the Pender Street facility ready to welcome youth back to the building with a variety of new spaces including refreshed housing units, lounge spaces, ventilation systems, an exercise space, and teaching kitchen. The project is an important partnership between Covenant House Vancouver, BC Housing, CMHC, and the City of Vancouver to be able to provide 44 units of safe and secure housing for youth at-risk of and experiencing homelessness.
