As a Development Manager at CitySpaces, Daniel provides full-service project management on a variety of development consulting projects.
Daniel believes thoughtfully planned spaces can have a lasting impact on people and their communities, approaching development consulting through the lens of the end user. After entering the industry with a non-profit housing provider, Daniel’s interests and passions quickly shifted from a research and policy background to a project-oriented workflow.
His background in creating vibrant, healthy, and affordable housing includes a wide range of experience managing and coordinating feasibility studies; funding proposals; capital and operating budgets; municipal approvals; construction administration; and project wrap-up.
Highly thoughtful in his approach to project management, Daniel guides all his projects through a collaborative and positive environment.
