"Motivated to develop spaces that foster a strong sense of community."

Jessica is a Community Planner with a passion for redressing housing inequalities and discovering the intricacies of different communities through listening and learning from lived experiences. She has worked on projects across BC, Yukon, and more recently, NWT, including housing needs reports, homelessness strategies, best practices research, feasibility studies, and pre-development consultation.

Prior to CitySpaces, Jessica was a Senior Planner in the United Kingdom with over five years’ professional planning experience. She gained expertise advising on land use, planning policy, and site design, leading development applications through the municipal planning process, writing professional planning reports, and presenting to councils.
