Kitsilano High School: A school revitalized – proud of its past; seismically safe; ready for learning in the 21st century. CitySpaces is pleased to have coordinated a talented design team, in collaboration with the school’s community, to prepare the development plan that received $57M+ in capital funding from the BC Government last week. The school is a historical landmark in Vancouver, and will keep many original features. The phased rebuilding program will be complete by 2016. As a Neighbourhood Learning Centre, the school will include three gymnasiums, a 350-seat theatre, green space for student learning, and space for collaborative group work.
