CitySpaces Consulting provided development consulting services to the Ladysmith Resources Centre Association from working drawings through to post-occupancy of an affordable housing development project at 314 Buller Street, Ladysmith. Funding partners on this project include BC Housing, CMHC, Town of Ladysmith, the Cowichan Housing Association, and many generous local donors.

The building provides 36 units of housing to low- and moderate-income households, including persons with developmental disabilities, seniors, and families. The ground level also includes a community hall and commercial kitchen, which will be used for various Ladysmith Resources Centre Association community programming and other organizations for compatible uses. The project was completed in Spring and tenanted in the Summer of 2023.
