BC’s Capital Regional District’s Regional Sustainability Plan began to take shape in 2011. CitySpaces was engaged to undertake stakeholder consultation, research, writing, and graphic design for nine policy papers, as a basis for discussion among elected officials, and the broader community. Topics of the regional sustainability strategy papers included affordable housing, resource management, climate change, ecological health, transportation, sustainable development, economic sustainability, social well being and food security.
Each paper sets out a series of three policy options.
