Active Project: The Vancouver Harbour Light (The Salvation Army)

The Vancouver Harbour Light Project is a mixed-use building with over 300 units operated by The Salvation Army, who have operated in this location on East Cordova Street for over 65 years. Programs in the building will include emergency shelters, addiction treatment, Corrections Canada community residential facility, low-income housing, support services, community meal programs, and food procurement and distribution. As of December 2022, the project has tendered and is anticipating construction start in early 2023 with completion in late 2025.
