Zahra is an award-winning community planner with over a decade of combined professional and academic experience in urban and land use planning. She has actively contributed to the development of numerous city-wide and local area plans. Passionate about leveraging data-driven insights, community engagement, and innovative thinking, Zahra is devoted to crafting policies and plans that enhance the quality of life for communities. Zahra specializes in policy planning, mixed-use zoning, developing complete, walkable neighborhoods and revitalizing communities, improving residents’ housing conditions without causing displacement, and implementing gentle urban renewal.
